I bring more than 16 years of leadership experience in an international, family-owned business group – including many years as Head of HR, responsible for cultural transformation, talent development, and organizational growth.

As a leader myself, I know both worlds: the outer demands of complex environments – and the inner questions that come with responsibility.
As a coach, I help people find their own way through this landscape – not by offering answers, but by creating spaces where their own answers can emerge with clarity and confidence.

Effective leadership doesn’t mean becoming someone else. It means shaping your role with greater awareness, authenticity, and impact.

PIIIZ is my contribution to supporting people in leadership roles to stay connected to themselves – especially when it matters most.

My name is Nils Stamer – father, leader, coach and supervisor (EASC), deeply rooted in hypnosystemic thinking, transactional analysis, and integrative parts work.

Grounded in a diploma in intercultural business administration and an MBA, I understand the systems and structures leaders navigate. Through coaching and supervision training at EASC, ECA, and the Milton Erickson Institute with Dr. Gunther Schmidt, I’ve learned how to support change that is both sustainable and human.
