MIDALPA achieves 75% export rate and consolidates its position in the luxury furniture market in France.

Founded in 2018, MIDALPA is an emerging Portuguese manufacturer specializing in custom-made furniture and engineering solutions. Despite being a recent company, it has been establishing itself in the international market, with approximately 75% of its production destined for export and a consolidated presence in France, Luxembourg, Germany, and Switzerland. 

The hotel sector currently represents 15% of the company's production volume. MIDALPA has completed several luxury hotel projects in Portugal and France, including 5-star establishments such as the Grand Soleil D'Or and the Radisson Bank, and stands out for its structural reconstruction of Quinta d'Amares, a historic 18th-century building.

MIDALPA has defined a strategic plan focused on market diversification and environmental sustainability, which includes the start of commercial operations in Belgium, the launch of an e-commerce platform, and obtaining FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC environmental certifications, in line with European circular economy requirements.

In the short term, the company plans to double its production capacity and expand its team to meet the increased demand for orders in the luxury segment.

Founded by Patricia Gaspar, Miguel Fernandes, and Daniel Tinoco, MIDALPA emerged with the goal of integrating design and industrial carpentry skills, responding to the demand for technical and decorative furniture solutions. With its own production unit, the company guarantees quality control from design to final delivery.
